What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese term. “Rei” which is pronounced as ray means something mysterious, spiritual, sacred energy from the the heavens or universal and “ki” pronounced as key means something subtle and the energy of the earth or simply life-force energy.

Reiki is a healing art that promotes deep relaxation and spiritual evolution. It involves the practitioner placing their hands on or hands off, but slightly above the body. Reiki helps to balance the energy field, also known as the aura and promotes mental, physical, and emotional healing. Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, restore balance, and enhance overall well-being.
